- Public evidence only. Vendor claims must be sourceable to either the vendor’s own public site or a credible third-party (Clutch, G2, Adobe Partner directory, named-client logos, public engineering content). Where evidence is missing, our reports say so.
- Honest limitations. Every vendor profile, including the #1 pick, carries at least one honest limitation. A ranking without limitations is a press release.
- Stable methodology. Scoring weights are fixed for the duration of an annual report cycle. Mid-cycle changes are scored against the same model so trend lines remain interpretable.
